American Family Insurance is a car insurance company in the United States commonly abbreviated to AmFam. It is an Independent private umbrella insurance firm that specializes inland. They provide liability and auto insurance, as well as providing business insurance, life insurance, wellness, and mortgage services, as well as pension and financial saving items. A Fortune 500 business, whose sales amounted to more than $9.5 billion in 2017.
This same history of American Family Insurance started on august 3, 1927. The insurance agent Herman Wittwer opened the doors of Farmers’ shared Insurance Company (not to be puzzled with Farmers Insurance Group) in Madison, Wisconsin.
At the moment, the main offering of the organization was car insurance and its target audience was growers. Wittwer claimed that farmers had lower dangers than car drivers since they were traveling less much and not at all in the winter.
