Many of the coffee beans’ nutrients make their way into the finished, brewed coffee.
A single cup of coffee includes
- Riboflavin (vitamin B2): 11 percent of the Daily Intake Reference (DIR).
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5): RDI is 6 percent.
- Manganese and potassium: RDI is 3 percent.
- Niacin and magnesium (vitamin B3): 2 percent of RDI.
While this may not seem like a big deal, many other people enjoy a few cups a day — letting these amounts contribute up quickly.
